The Afternoon Shift Supervisor reports to the Manager, Afternoons and collaborates with operations and project managers.
Job Description:

Our client, a well-established company in the fashion industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and talented E-Commerce Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s online sales and presence, increasing traffic and revenue through e-commerce platforms, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key responsibilities:

– Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
– Manage online storefronts, including product uploads, updates, and promotions
– Monitor website performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
– Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
– Monitor and track competitor activity and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion industry
– Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
