Store Manager – Toronto
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory management.
Key responsibilities:
– Manage store sales and performance to achieve targets and KPIs
– Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
– Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
– Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
– Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Create and maintain a positive and professional working environment
Requirements:
– 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Solid understanding of inventory management and retail operations
– Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
