Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team in Moncton, NB. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating technical documentation, manuals, and guides for our products. You will work closely with the development team to gather information and write clear, concise, and accurate technical content.

Responsibilities:
– Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and guides for software products
– Work closely with the development team to gather information and understand technical concepts
– Ensure all documentation is accurate, clear, and comprehensive
– Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and review documentation
– Update documentation as products evolve and new features are introduced
– Ensure all documentation is kept up-to-date and in line with company standards

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related field
– Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the software industry
– Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Framemaker
– Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
