Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
– Managing and organizing documents, files, and records
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails
– Drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents
– Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
– Assisting with office maintenance and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
– Providing support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
