Job Summary

Position: Associate at RBC InvestEase

Opportunity: Join a growing investment management service that offers professionally managed ETF portfolios and quality client advice, helping to shape digital investment advice in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with onboarding and manage RBC InvestEase accounts.
  • Support Portfolio Advisors in investment research, trading, and investment recommendations.

Qualifications:

In this role, you will focus on the technical implementation and management of email marketing platforms and campaigns.   • Design, develop, and execute email campaigns for both transactional and marketing purposes, including automations and journey builder workflows.

  • Create and optimize email templates using HTML/CSS to ensure responsive design and a consistent brand experience across devices.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to email campaigns and platforms, leveraging analytics tools to assess performance and resolve problems.

What do you need to succeed?Must Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot, with a strong understanding of its technical features including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio.
  • Proven ability to manage technical aspects of email marketing campaigns, including data imports/exports and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SQL for creating custom email templates and managing campaign data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, reporting, and leveraging data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, Bill 64, CASL).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms like Segment or Tealium
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of CRM & Marketing Automation
