Appliance Service Technician
Job Description
Our company is looking for a qualified and experienced Appliance Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and servicing a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines.
Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and repair appliance issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
– Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the appliance problem and the proposed solution
– Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and time spent on repairs
– Keep abreast of new developments and techniques in appliance repair and attend training sessions as required
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Appliance Service Technician
– Strong technical and mechanical skills
– Excellent customer service and communication abilities
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
– Ability to lift and move heavy appliances
– EPA certification and experience with refrigeration systems is a plus
