“Project Assistant
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Project Assistant to join our team on a construction project in (location). Our ideal candidate has a background in construction or project management and excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
– Assist project managers with coordination and documentation
– Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
– Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
– Assist with procurement and inventory management
– Perform administrative tasks to support the project team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in a project assistant or similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
