Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our office in Toronto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Sorting and distributing mail
– Preparing and editing documents and reports
– Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
– Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
– Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
– Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
