Position: HR Assistant

We are currently seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and the desire to support the HR team in all functions. Some key responsibilities include:
– Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Coordinating onboarding and orientation for new employees
– Maintaining employee records and files
– Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
– Providing support for employee relations issues
– Assisting with training and development initiatives
– Performing other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong communication skills
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
