Summary
The Senior Manager, Digital will be required to identify digital marketing opportunities to support business growth while working in partnership with our digital agencies across Enercare’s Home Services division. Working internally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Sales and Channel partners and externally with our agency partners, the Senior Manager will motivate and challenge their team to build and execute a digital strategy that generates demand, enhances our customer experience, and increases program & media efficiency. This position is supported by the Director, Marketing Communications and oversees a growing team of digital professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a growing digital marketing team
- Develop and execute an integrated data-driven digital marketing strategy that includes demand generation, Brand consideration, product marketing, content marketing, partnerships etc.
- Manage and evolve Enercare.ca from a technical, UX and content perspective, including the alignment and technical management of the Enercare App
- Oversee search strategy (SEO/SEM) and all Google programs
- Manage digital vendors and agencies
- Develop and execute the digital technology roadmap together with stakeholders
- Manage digital infrastructure related to Enercare.ca including web servers, web hosting, databases and backups with a goal of maximum uptime
- Build out our SEO focused content marketing capabilities and develop our social media properties
- Work closely with our customer experience team to manage and grow our online reputation, , while empowering our customers to be our strongest online advocates
- Represent the Marketing team on the AODA committee
- Remain informed of industry trends, best practices and what’s coming
Qualifications:
- 10+ years managing digital marketing and digital experiences
- Expert level knowledge across all digital functions including: web development & optimization, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search, SEO, social etc.), and web analytics
- Strong analytical background with a solid understanding of digital media metrics, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data. Direct experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics)
- Hands-on understanding of front-end web languages, HTML 5 & CSS and content management systems
- Solid understanding of AODA requirements
- Direct digital agency management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing more complex projects, including working closely with IT on integrations
