Job Description:
Park Haven Apartments is seeking a reliable and experienced Groundskeeper to join our team. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the apartment complex’s grounds and outdoor areas.
Responsibilities:
– Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, watering plants, and pulling weeds
– Clean up trash and litter from the grounds
– Monitor and report any issues or repairs needed on the property
– Work as part of a team to ensure the overall appearance of the complex is neat and well-maintained
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
– Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping
– Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
– Good communication and teamwork skills
