The Project Coordinator will support various aspects of operations as part of the #1 utility construction provider’s team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, they will be responsible for coordination and support to help the company achieve its goals.
Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service background. Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, processing orders, and keeping accurate records of all communications. Requirements:
– Previous experience in a customer service role
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
