We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Social Media Manager to join our highly collaborative brand team. You will shape and implement a successful social content strategy that boosts brand reputation, demand generation, and talent acquisition goals for Ada. You help Ada to maintain its position as a thought leader, support marketing programs, and recruitment marketing with a social content strategy that ensures audience-centric content is available through a mix of channels that maximizes engagement and delivers measurable results.

About You

    • You have 4-6 years relevant social media, communications, or marketing experience.
    • You have history of developing and managing editorial calendars and organization workflows.
    • You are a creative and innovative thinker with the ability to take complex topics and distill into unique, data-driven, and actionable content.
    • You have experience with data and measuring social media through a range of tools including Google Analytics and Social Platforms.
    • You are a great team player and knows how to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner with little direction.
    • You have a willingness to embrace change, feedback and to adapt strategies on the fly.

Nice to haves

    • Ability to work with design templates to create social graphics.
    • Experience working with photo and video editing technology.


Outcomes

    • Manage corporate social media channels including LinkedIn and Twitter, develop strategies to maximize our reach, increase engagement and measure results.
    • Support marketing programs by writing and editing organic social post copy.
    • Develop plans and proactive social media tactics to support product announcements, corporate news, and marketing campaigns.
    • Developing and establishing strategies for audience engagement and growth.
    • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.

Our Digital Marketing Team is looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to assist in the development and execution of our digital marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who has a deep understanding of the omni-channel digital space and expertise in leveraging digital media to significantly impact the growth and development of the business.


What you’ll do:

    • Collaborate with broader Marketing Team and cross-functional teams to develop and refine our B2B digital marketing campaigns to increase reach, engagement, conversion, brand awareness, acquisition and retention
    • Build thoughtful and robust digital audience profiles, combining interests, behaviors, affinity and demographic factors for purposes of campaign targeting and retargeting
    • Plan, manage and optimize conversion-based digital media programs (paid and organic), including SEM, display and video advertising, social media marketing and programmatic marketing to drive growth through digital lead generation
    • Continually test and optimize acquisition channels, audiences, bidding strategies, targeting tactics, ad units, copy, creative and landing pages to maximize digital ROI
    • Set, monitor and report on performance metrics and budgets for digital media campaigns across all levels of the conversion funnel

What you’ll bring to Varicent:

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in digital marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined education and experience
    • Minimum two years’ experience of active, hands-on digital marketing across search, display, paid social, programmatic
    • Previous experience marketing in the B2B technology and/or SaaS-based space preferred
    • Strong technical knowledge of current ad technologies, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Business Manager, Facebook Business Manager
    • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and digital media optimization
    • Results-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of self and team
    • Advanced analytical capabilities, with strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
    • Ability to interpret data and to extract meaningful themes that advise future marketing strategies

Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. · Manage customer inquiries, comments or complaints in a timely manner

· Develop brand awareness and increase social fan base through an active network of brand ambassadors, influencers and loyal customers

· Identify opportunities in user-generated content and exploit them to increase the relativity and authenticity of the brand

· Analyze and present the performance of social media content and make adjustments / recommendations based on the data

· Create monthly and quarterly reports on social media, as well as by campaign

· Build and maintain media lists, research key media and influencers, and develop press kits

· Manage the planning of public relations and influencer events, as well as new product and campaign launches

· Track and manage budget for all social media and PR initiatives (content creation, influencer relations, advertising)

Recipe for Success:

  • University degree or college diploma in a field related to Marketing, social media, or Communications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in community management or in a similar position
  • Social media expertise and excellent technical and strategic knowledge of emerging platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok …)
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
