As an Accounts Payable Intern, we’ll look to you to perform critical business functions in support of our growing business and bottom line. You’ll utilize your customer service abilities to provide direct support for the timely processing of vendor invoices, resolution of vendor discrepancies and vendor reconciliations. What you’ll do:
- Utilize various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports
- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Take necessary action to ensure timely resolution of all vendor discrepancies, which may include some familiarity of other departments within the company as well as associated vendor internal processes
- Provide direct support for processing the day today vendor invoice, credit, and payment obligations
- Apply a working knowledge and understanding of vendor regulations; verify documents for completeness and compliance with company policy and procedures
The 2024 Summer Internship Program will run from May 2024 to August 2024
What we’re looking for:
- Students or New Grads with the graduation date of 2023-2024
- Demonstrate experience with account reconciliations and general knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in electronic accounts payable processing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities

Job Description
Our company is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling our products and services to new and existing customers to help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
– Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
– Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
– Present product demonstrations to potential clients

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Excellent negotiation and closing skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
