Job Description:

Our company is looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
– Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address any inquiries or issues
– Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of accounts payable or related experience
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
