Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
– Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner
– Update customer account information as needed

Qualifications:
