- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our product pages and website.
- Work closely with the product team to optimize landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels for maximum user acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to achieve targeted ROI and acquisition goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and stay updated with industry trends to inform optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development and publishing.
- Monitor and analyze performance providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about algorithm changes and updates from major search engines, adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly (including the impact of AI on search).
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO/SEM management, preferably in a product-led growth environment.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO/SEM best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Experience managing Google Ads and/or other PPC campaigns with a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as content and product.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar are a plus.
