  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our product pages and website.
  • Work closely with the product team to optimize landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels for maximum user acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to achieve targeted ROI and acquisition goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and stay updated with industry trends to inform optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development and publishing.
  • Monitor and analyze performance providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about algorithm changes and updates from major search engines, adjusting strategies and tactics accordingly (including the impact of AI on search).
  • Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO/SEM management, preferably in a product-led growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and/or other PPC campaigns with a track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as content and product.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar are a plus.

The Role

Think Research is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will be expected to increase growth in digital channels through data, segmentation, platform expansion, and creative testing.

The right candidate will have the desire to own major acquisition channels and take bold strokes to expand and optimize them. This global role will also design, execute, and manage other digital marketing campaigns such as website lead-generation, content marketing, social media, SEO, and help manage webinars and in-person trade shows/events.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the VP of Marketing, as well as the content marketing, events, and product marketing teams.


You Will Have The Opportunity To


Website / SEO:

  • Own the strategy for all on-page SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion-rate optimization
  • Assist with ongoing oversight and updates of web properties for Think Research and its subsidiaries
  • Assist in reviewing SEO results; create strategies (including new content, based on critical keyword data) to attract prospects from specific verticals and boost lead numbers for global markets
  • Assist in tracking web analytics; adjust site to maximize traffic & increase activity


Online Ads / PPC:

  • Strategize, execute, and measure all paid search, search ads, social ads, banner and display ads, etc.
  • Google AdWords and remarketing management for the global market
  • Oversee lead generation from external sites for the global market
  • Manage online ads with 3rd party advertisers / media when needed


Email & Marketing Automation:

  • Write, build, and automate new email campaigns using our marketing automation software (Pardot); develop email nurturing campaigns to help Sales meet pipeline goals
  • Work collaboratively with other marketing team members and the business development team on evolving our email nurture strategy and full-funnel prospect outreach
  • Work with the product marketing and content marketing teams to design and implement email nurture tracks to guide leads through the sales process
  • Manage pre- / post-event emails; develop follow-up drip campaigns and track engagement
  • Create new email templates and campaign landing pages
  • Report on results and KPIs, and continually improve based on performance
  • Help build and manage email database using Salesforce and Pardot


Reporting:

  • Measure, track, and optimize on channel and program performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs.
  • Present key learnings weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Monitor and report on performance, page speeds, schema validation, HTML status codes for multiple websites.
  • Perform regular keyword research and report on rankings.


What You Will Bring

  • 5-7 years of hands on experience in email and digital marketing: marketing automation, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, SEO strategy, keyword research, PPC Optimization, and SEO/SEM tools
  • Healthcare, SaaS Industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Pardot or similar Marketing Automation tools
  • Experience using Google Analytics to increase leads/conversions/sales
  • Expertise in Search Console, Tag Manager, Optimizely, SEMrush, and native analytics in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
