Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
– Greeting clients and visitors
– Scheduling appointments and meetings
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous office experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
