The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and supervision of day-to-day activities related to project management and maintenance scheduling. They lead and manage both preventative and emergency maintenance tasks.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to, framing, drywall installation, door and window installation, and finishing work. The Carpenter must have strong attention to detail, be able to work efficiently and independently, and have excellent communication skills. In addition, the Carpenter must be able to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately. Previous experience in the construction industry is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Complete various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, door and window installation, and finishing work
– Read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
– Work efficiently and independently to meet project deadlines
– Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
– Ensure all work is done to code and meets quality standards
– Maintain a safe work environment at all times
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
– Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
– Must have a valid driver’s license
