Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering and directing phone calls
– Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
– Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
– Assisting with data entry and organization of documents
– Coordinating meeting logistics and preparing meeting materials
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Managing office supplies and inventory
– Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail

Title: Veterinary Assistant

Salary: $17 – $22 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team at a busy animal clinic in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent animal handling skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to animals.

Duties and responsibilities:
– Assisting veterinarians with surgeries, appointments, and procedures
– Handling and restraining animals during examinations
