TI and residential construction company in Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on special projects across various locations. The role involves collaborating with the projects team on a range of projects from Downtown Vancouver to Abbotsford.
Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in their facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of production workers, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality control standards.
Responsibilities include:
– Planning and monitoring production schedules
– Training new employees on production processes
– Enforcing safety regulations and procedures
– Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback
– Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions
– Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
– 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
