Our client, a leading company in the recruiting industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join their team in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
– Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
– Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for open positions
– Manage and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations
– Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process
– Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage candidates
– Oversee the onboarding process for new hires
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
– Proven track record of successfully filling positions within tight deadlines
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
