Job description: Robert Half is seeking Creative Project Coordinators/Managers to join our talent roster! We regularly hire for Creative Project Coordinators/Managers for numerous opportunities which vary in contract duration from 1 month to 12 months. These positions may be remote, hybrid, or onsite in the Toronto and/or Greater Toronto Area.
Please note responsibilities may vary based on the position.
Responsibilities:
– Manage the day-to-day creative production needs which may include web designs, digital assets (ie. banners, emails, social, etc.), and print production
– Ensure implemented campaign deliverables stay on time and within budget, adjusting, and redirecting if necessary
– Liaise directly with client for feedback and status updates on project deliverables
– Create and maintain project plans throughout the project lifecycle and ensure all project documentation is kept up to date
– Prepare reports on campaign progress, and provide creative solutions to optimize campaigns
– Support creative and production teams in developing effective strategies, selecting the most effective media platforms, organizing when and where materials should be placed, and estimating costs
– Guide creative teams with effective planning, directing, and implementing of advertising campaigns
– 2 to 7 years of Creative Project Management or related experience, with a strong focus on integrated (mass, social, digital) brand advertising
– Experience working in creative/advertising agency is an asset
– Experience working with Project Management tools required. Ie. WorkFront, MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Wrike, or similar
– Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities
– Experience managing website optimization and builds is an asset
