The senior product manager will also collaborate within the Respiratory/GI team along with the broader Immunology franchise to ensure that the marketing strategy is consistent, to support and strengthen the overall franchise.The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the pre and post launch strategy for the entire COPD portfolio.This position is based at the Sanofi Campus in Toronto, and will report to the Head of Marketing, Respiratory and Gastroenterology Immunology.Role Responsibilities:Lead and develop pre-launch/ post-launch strategy and brand plan for Dupixent COPD and pre-launch strategy for future COPD pipeline based on patient centric-approach and deep customer insights to create differentiated brand value and establish conditions to maximize long term brand potential.Partner with Global teams to support the brand vision for Dupixent COPD and future COPD pipeline.Develop strategic scenarios and financials supported by clear assumptions; Critically evaluate and lead the prioritization of strategies for COPDUsing strategic thinking and expert knowledge of the brand planning process, lead Cross-Functional teams to develop long-range strategy plans to support the brandDeliver tools and manage third party agencies (tools, programs, etc) to maximize / optimize the resources, negotiate times lines, priorities, challenge the agency to optimize their resources, challenge them to delivers, including media and national ad campaigns.Develops promotional materials and campaigns, including: sales tools, product messaging, direct mail / blast fax / Internet, PR campaigns, advertising, teleconferences, embracing omnichannel excellence and manage OPEX A&P budgetEnsure alignment of Marketing activities with global brands and influence Global activities and networking- key contact at Global Brand Team.Analyze, strategize, organize and drive timely execution of annual marketing plan to achieve superior results; Implement the brand positioning and align all messaging and tactics to itEvaluate market environment using all available data on all customers and patients and clearly communicate a full understanding of key dynamicsFully grasp COPD treatment dynamics, disease epidemiology, and care path.
