- Support. You will directly support the VP of Marketing by helping facilitate their calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate regular team meetings and day-to-day requests. Collaborating with Broader Marketing Team—You’ll support our creative marketing teams by organizing meetings, placing sample orders, and helping onboard new employees.
- Plan. You will plan and support meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Execute the marketing strategy. You will help set objectives, plan and organize various marketing projects, and maintain the Marketing team project and events calendar. You will communicate campaign/event objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and provide instructions for use or promotion.
- Track. You will accurately track budgets, submit expense receipts, oversee invoices and purchase orders, and manage vendor setup and payments. Update and maintain a directory and inventory of sales support and event materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Measure. You will research and present market trends and the competitive landscape. You will generate results for partner updates and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience
- A firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and content marketing.
- Have used – or can rapidly come up to speed on – email campaign tools, project management tools like Asana, CRM tools like Salesforce, and Marketing Automation tools like Pardot tools. You are proficient with MS Office.
- Highly creative individual with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Independent self-starter, entrepreneurial thinker, and adaptable to change in a constantly evolving high-intensity tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, and can create a project plan, manage resources and deliverables, and perform end-to-end coordination.
