Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our accounting department by performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations, and processing invoices
– Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
– Responding to vendor and client inquiries in a timely manner
– Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
– Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate reporting
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting or related field preferred
– 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
