About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales & marketing technology professional to support our sales & marketing operations and help grow our Canadian business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of sales operations processes & design and implement effective marketing campaign tools.

This role will be the champion of Sales & Marketing technology platforms, maintain modern marketing technology stack and support the Sales and Marketing Directors in continuous improvement of sales & marketing campaigns.

We are searching for a strong collaborator with outstanding analytical skills who can optimize processes and technology setup while understanding requirements from the sales and marketing teams.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage our MarTech stack for the purpose of maintaining scalable and integrated Marketing processes that guarantee clear and accurate campaign measurement
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that facilitate on-time, consistent delivery of marketing across channels, with the goal of reducing/eliminating inefficiencies
  • Measure results and optimize campaigns through A/B testing in order to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain best-practice lead nurturing and lead scoring engines
  • Provide end-user training and support, campaign configuration across our marketing technology platforms (Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Act as a key advocate for CRM and advanced email targeting opportunities – bringing forward new automation abilities and highlighting any required data integrations.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of execution within the marketing technology platforms
  • Act as the CASL champion ensuring processes are CASL compliant, opt-in forms reflect approved legal language, all data requirements are met
  • Develop and provide sales reporting, including territory analysis and cadence management
  • Manage and evaluate third-party relationships, such as Salesforce, Outreach, other efficiency tools, etc.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards on sales and marketing activities, the performance of marketing campaigns, and overall business impact
  • Maintain Salesforce and put in workflow rules for efficiency, which will include importing new accounts, ensuring proper sales hygiene with account and opp management
  • Develop and maintain the process for onboarding new account executives, including the introduction of new tools and training


What You’ll Need:

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing operations or a similar role
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, adept at managing change and priorities with an ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expert in email marketing and marketing automation technology specifically Pardot
  • An excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as sender score, deliverability, sender reputation, open rates, CTR, etc.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
  • Proficient using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functionally
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL

Summary of Job:

The Sr. SEO Specialist supports strategy and execution of search engine optimization solutions for dealer websites. This role will involve in depth analysis of the client’s digital marketing footprint as well as competitive analysis to uncover missed opportunities that will help the dealer grow their business. This position will spend majority of time auditing and implementing recommendations on and off the website.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

Implement technical SEO strategies on the client’s website such as creating pages or developing schema as well as implementing off site SEO strategies such as Google My Business optimization and Link Building for the purpose of increasing the client’s organic keywords exposure and organic/local traffic.

Use a variety of online tools, historical success and digital trends to audit and analyze the dealer and Dealer Group customers’ digital footprint from an SEO perspective. On site, off site and competitive analysis will be required. Using these findings build an in depth audit to be delivered to the client.

Perform keyword research to develop target lists that match up with client goals. Use this research in combination with recommendations for the audit to guide the on page and off page keywords optimizations. Using these findings build an in depth report to be delivered to the client.

Work with SEO Manager and cross-functional departments to assist in building search engine optimization strategies for dealers and Dealer Group clients.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Focusing on SEO strategies and tactics, ensuring that Dealer websites on our platform are adhering to SEO best practices
  • Performing forensic technical SEO audits and inspections of websites to identify on-page, off-page, Crawl efficiency / Indexation, Web Performance (Core Web Vitals), and other technical issues
  • Implementing strategies to address gaps in organic search performance, keyword planning and on-page optimization
  • Identifying growth opportunities in site infrastructure, keyword selection, and on-page optimization
  • Creating and optimize SEO landing pages for dealer websites
  • Monitoring performance metrics to understand organic search performance and measure the impact of technical and content changes
  • Growing dealer websites’ organic traffic through content and technical improvements
  • Staying current on global SEO and search landscape and emerging trends and identify tools and reports to automate processes or deliver more sophisticated understanding


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience with both technical and content SEO
  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Proven track record of results with improving search rankings and/or developing and managing website reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools, website standards, usability testing, website reporting tools, and web analytics
  • Solid analytical skills with key performance metrics are a must, with an understanding of WordPress CMS, Google Analytics, Google/Bing Webmaster Tools, SEM Rush, & Screaming Frog
  • Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the search engine
  • Google Analytics Certification would be an asset

We prefer this position to be based in Toronto but are open to remotely-located team members in Canada who can align to EST working hours.

We’re looking for an Associate (internship position) with a passion for digital. The position will expose the candidate to the world of digital advertising (PPC campaigns, Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic Display Advertising, Audience Management, Analytics and more!). This position will also give exposure to managing campaigns on TRADER’s advertising platform.

Responsibilities will include analyzing data, QA campaigns for setup accuracy, tracking and tagging accuracy, preparing performance review presentations, management and tracking of KPIs, optimizing key accounts, providing weekly reports, and presenting strategic recommendations.


What you’ll do…


Campaign Management:
planning, creating and managing ad campaigns. Conduct in-depth optimization of campaigns to ensure campaign deliveries are within acceptable KPI range. Perform regular account analysis for key improvement areas and provide actionable insights. Develop optimization schedule and process for our clients.


Reporting:
Monitor, review and report on ad campaign performance. Produce miscellaneous reports aligned to the business.


Stakeholder Managements:
Support intern account and sales team in client relationship management by participating in client account reviews with the team, presenting insights and help in giving direction to meet client’s goals. Making proactive recommendations to clients and Trader Sales reps for potential improvement and help clients meet their objectives. Develop custom campaigns according to client objectives.


Testing & Continuous Improvement:
Develop testing/optimization process to improve effectiveness of the team and program.


What you bring to the table…

  • High level of proficiency with the internet and MS Office (particularly Excel); demonstrated proficiency with Web-based applications; and knowledge of Web analytics software tools.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the search engine industry.
  • Having certifications is a plus (Google Adwords Certification, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to provide executive level reporting on financial metrics and KPI’s for a team.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
