Job Description
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
– Provide product information and recommendations to customers
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet or exceed performance goals and expectations
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
