Come be a part of the team.Job DescriptionAs part of the Courtside & Premium team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the team on a day-to-day basis with a wide range of initiatives and have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across the Raptors and Leaf Brands, as well as the SBA and CCC venues.MLSE’s Internship term dates are from September 9th 2024 – December 20th 2024
- Support with strategic planning of experiences to support retention strategies.
- Execute extensive research of VIP Hospitality, VIP engagement and innovative solution best practices across leagues to inform future membership services & retention strategies.
- Adhere to all MLSE standards and policies.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Complete monthly calculations and reconciliations for key accounts.
- Collaborate across multiple internal departments to coordinate on court experiences.
- Deliver enhanced premium seating experience.
- Perform daily multi-department needs in relation to VIP members, satisfaction and account servicing.
- Provide assistance to high profile customers in order to elevate their overall experience.
- Keep team aligned with important dates across all lines of business on a daily basis.
- Execute multiple tasks with short deadlines.

- Currently enrolled in a University or College degree, diploma or certificate in sports, events, marketing, public relations, or related field.
- A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands, demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence, and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Available for Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, home games and special events, including evenings & weekends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be always a team player.
- Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator that can clearly convey information.
