Our team has partnerships with over 3,500 organizations (“accounts”) across Canada to give their employees/ members access to special deals on mobility and home services. We also manage strategic programs for TELUS such as Affiliates Marketing, Refer-a-Friend (RAF), and Community / Sponsorship Marketing.We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development of customer-centric cross-sell experiences aimed at driving new Mobile and Home services. The ideal candidate will focus on creating automated and contextualized customer journeys tailored to customer tenure, persona, and lifecycle stages. This role involves piloting and experimenting with various customer journeys, leveraging data to enhance and improve these experiences continuously.Our team consists of passionate marketing strategists who aim to deliver an optimal customer experience at every touchpoint, including flawless data driven tactics. We use AI and a unique, entrepreneurial spirit to sell a variety of products to meet our customers’ whole home needs: mobility, SmartHome Security, TV, internet, streaming services and more.What you’ll do as Senior Product Manager, Cross-sell Journey Design
- Develop and execute end to end omni-channel customer journeys, focused on driving net new Mobile and Home activations
- Leverage AI and Machine Learning models to ideate, experiment and design cross sell strategies
- Formulate recommendations to drive program growth that are anchored on data, customer and front-line feedback (eg. conduct focus groups, workshops etc.)
- Support new product launches and incorporating them into the cross-sell strategy
- Manage a marketing roadmap to showcase and report on planned launches and future developments
- Have P&L accountability – report on portfolio KPIs, identify insights and new opportunities, set targets and build strategic and tactical business cases
- Interlock with various pricing, strategy & planning, marketing, channel and CE stakeholders, including EPP’s distinct sales team and Account Managers
- Communicate strategies and updates on a regular basis to Senior Leadership across the Consumer team

Skill and experiences
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal and a storyteller who is able to simplify complex to easily digestible information
- Develop persona based customer journeys and with exceptional understanding of integrated marketing strategies
- Product ownership and experiencing managing a portfolio with direct P&L responsibility (eg. strong financial acumen)
- Cross-functional leadership across various business domains/functional areas, and an ability to influence other stakeholders and peers without formal authority
- Proven track record of delivering results and executing flawlessly while managing projects and asks efficiently at the same time
- Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Ability to take vast amounts of information from various sources and consolidate and synthesize into meaningful and actionable insights
- 3-5 years of experience in roles involving B2B and/or B2C marketing, program management, strategy or management consulting

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Experience leading marketing functions in telecommunications, banking, or consumer packaged goods
