Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour

Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will be expected to process orders, track shipments, and maintain customer records in the company database.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing customer orders and tracking shipments
– Updating and maintaining customer records in the database
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
