Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
– Manage all aspects of marketing, including social media, advertising, and promotions
– Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
– Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive success
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
– 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
– Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive results
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
– Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus
