Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, answering phone calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
– Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and resolving any issues they may have
– Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
– Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
– Provide product recommendations and offer solutions to customer problems
– Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
– Meet or exceed customer service targets and metrics set by management

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
– Strong organizational and time management skills
