Assists in the creation and implementation of long-term strategies for Learn Programs, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, local market dynamics, and business objectives
PROGRAM DEPLOYMENT & MONITORING
Ensures flawless omni-channel deployment of the Learn Programs. Constantly monitors the impact of programs on lead generation, progress of leads in the funnel, cost of lead generation & management and programs consumer feedback to ensure the Learn Programs goals are achieved. Identifies gaps/opportunities, comes up with consumer insights that translate into corrective actions to improve the experience in the specific Learn Program addressing specific gaps and opportunities.
NEW PROGRAM & SERVICE DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Supports the Manager CX Learn Programs in ideation and design of new programs and services. If consumer/business data is not available to support the solution, leads the required FFWD tests to test and validate the new concept. When the design is ready, collaborates with project teams during the development phase to ensure successful deployment. Owns all IT intake forms and SNOW submissions. Post launch, closely monitors the deployment, continously tracks the progress and in market performance of the programs vs. the business case objectives during hypercare period.
BUDGET OVERSIGHT
Assists in managing the budget for Learn Programs, ensuring adherence to financial plans and processes. Owns all PO creation, GR activities related to Learn Programs utilizing finance tools, i.e. SAP and Coupa.
TEAM COLLABORATION
Work closely with the Learn Programs and other consumer programs / cross functional teams, providing support and contributing to a collaborative environment.
Always thinks out of the box to drive Learn Stage KPIs in a highly restricted market via utilizing all online and offline tools available. At the same time, apply the highest standards of integrity and full compliance with all applicable laws and PMI Principles & Practices across the organization in order to support long term sustainability of the business.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORUniversity/College – Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing
3-5 years of experience in Consumer Programs and/or Brand or Communications Management, preferably in FMCG or premium B2C brand companies
Experience in lead generation/management or other consumer-facing programs (i.e. loyalty programs) is preferred
Experience in working complex project involving multiple stakeholders and having cross-functional impact is preferred.
Consumer understanding skill is vital and CX Design experience is an asset
Strong business and financial acumen. Solid understanding of data analytics is required.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Digital Marketing Specialist within Deloitte’s Digital Marketing team, you’ll work closely with other developers and marketers in support of Deloitte Canada’s businesses, with a focus on Ecosystems & Alliances. You are someone with:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a web developer/designer, registration management with an interest in online marketing, social media and mobile
  • Strong coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), mostly front-end programming with some back-end integration knowledge. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS),
