Description: Our client in Ottawa is looking for a Field Service Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment at customer locations. Duties will also include collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

– Install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment in the field
– Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration on equipment
– Update service records in company database
– Communicate effectively with customers to provide technical support and training
– Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in servicing electronic equipment
– Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
