Our client is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team. The position will involve key responsibilities in project and construction management services throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 a year
Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Coordinate and maintain records for office equipment and supplies
– Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
