Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
– Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment
– Manage office budget and expenses
– Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
– Coordinate office events and meetings
– Assist with onboarding new employees
– Maintain office records and files
– Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 3+ years of experience in office management
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
