The client is seeking a Manager – External Reporting for a 6-month contract. The role involves leading in special projects and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting a large volume of information accurately and efficiently into our database. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
– Inputting data into database software from hard copies and electronic files
– Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entries
– Conducting data quality checks to identify and correct errors
– Resolving discrepancies in data entries
– Maintaining data entry procedures and standards
– Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
– Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous data entry experience is preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
