Vanpile is looking for a Project Manager to oversee a Land Piling Project in North Vancouver. They are seeking a candidate who can take charge of all aspects of the project, from start to finish. Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Vancouver, BC

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the management team and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
– Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements for the management team
– Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with project coordination and research tasks as needed
– Coordinate communication between various departments

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
