The firm is seeking a Manager to join the Public Sector team, focusing on Recipient/Contribution. The Manager will collaborate with the engagement manager/senior associate to develop and execute engagement plans.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the overall operation and management of the retail store. This includes overseeing daily operations, driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

– Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store’s operation
– Drive sales and meet target goals
– Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
– Train and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues as needed
– Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment
– Assist with staffing and scheduling as needed

Qualifications:

– Previous retail management experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
– Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
