Role: Personal Support Worker

Location: Toronto, ON

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key responsibilities:
– Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
– Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
– Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
– Help residents participate in social and recreational activities
– Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
– Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
– Personal Support Worker certification
– Previous experience working with seniors is an asset
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
