Job Description:

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Vancouver, BC

Salary: $20 – $25/hour

Our client, a busy office in Vancouver, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a team of professionals and have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet clients and visitors
– Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
– Prepare and distribute documentation and reports
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Assist with special projects as assigned
– Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in an administrative role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
