Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
– Identify and target potential customers within assigned territory
– Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
– Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
– Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
– Negotiate prices and terms with customers
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
– Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Expected salary: $34.11 – 41.23 per hour
