ERM Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant – Environmental Project Manager to join their team. The company is a global leader in environmental consultancy and is looking for someone passionate and experienced to help shape the future of their projects.
Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: Competitive Salary

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all aspects of HR including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Oversee recruitment and selection process
– Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
– Coordinate onboarding and training of new employees
– Manage performance evaluation process
– Address employee relations issues
– Oversee benefits administration
– Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 5+ years of HR management experience
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
