Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, CA
Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering inbound calls from customers and providing support on a range of inquiries
– Responding to customer emails and resolving issues in a timely manner
– Updating customer account information and handling billing inquiries

Requirements:
