Position: Human Resources Assistant

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the HR department
– Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Update and maintain employee records
– Assist with benefits administration
– Participate in new employee orientation
– Assist with employee relations issues
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in HR
– Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
