Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. You will also be required to troubleshoot hardware and software problems, manage support tickets, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams if necessary.
