The Program Manager for Engineering Permits in the Infrastructure and Engineering Services department will oversee daily operations and provide leadership in managing permits for engineering projects.
Job Description
Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the team
– Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
– Prepare and distribute documents and correspondence
– Handle incoming calls and emails
– Assist with general office tasks as needed
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
