Job Description:

Our client, a leading company in the transportation industry, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities:

– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain filing system
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Maintain contact lists

Qualifications:
