Job Description:
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: London, ON
Salary: $17.00 per hour
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in London. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
– Providing information about products and services
– Processing customer orders
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Bilingual in French and English is an asset
